LST400是一款可測量液體和固體物位的超聲波物位變送器,其最大量程為50 ft./15m,也可應(yīng)用于明渠流量測量。它擁有單通道4-20 mADC模擬輸出和HART 7數(shù)字通訊,以及5個繼電器輸出。點陣LCD顯示,集成分析軟件,泵循環(huán)及監(jiān)控,遠程計數(shù)輸出,增益和功率可自動變化,適用于各種應(yīng)用環(huán)境。
該產(chǎn)品原理是變送器的微處理器發(fā)射電子脈沖給超聲波傳感器,同時啟動記時器。傳感器將該電脈沖轉(zhuǎn)成一個聲脈沖,向被測介質(zhì)的表面發(fā)射。當(dāng)聲脈沖傳播到介質(zhì)表面后能量被反射回傳感器,傳感器將此能量還原成為電脈沖。再將該脈沖返回至微處理器,微處理器停止計時器,同時得到聲波信號自發(fā)射到返回的時間。根據(jù)脈沖運行時間間隔和空氣中聲音的傳播速度,微處理器能精確地計算出介質(zhì)的物位。先進的的軟件可排除虛假回波,同時電子濾波器可排除環(huán)境噪聲。

The principle of this product is that the microprocessor of the transmitter sends electronic pulses to the ultrasonic sensor and starts the timer at the same time. The sensor converts the electric pulse into an acoustic pulse and emits it to the surface of the measured medium. When the acoustic pulse propagates to the surface of the medium, the energy is reflected back to the sensor, and the sensor restores this energy into an electrical pulse. Then the pulse is returned to the microprocessor, which stops the timer and obtains the time from the transmission of the acoustic signal to the return. According to the time interval of pulse operation and the propagation speed of sound in the air, the microprocessor can accurately calculate the material level of the medium. Advanced software can eliminate false echoes, while electronic filters can eliminate environmental noise.Lst400 ultrasonic liquid level / open channel flow transmitter can be installed on the top of the silo or tank to align with the measured medium for level detection.
