推動(dòng)渦輪機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),使發(fā)電機(jī)產(chǎn)生電能。二是對(duì)不能燃燒的有機(jī)物進(jìn)行發(fā)酵、厭氧處理,最后干燥脫硫,產(chǎn)生一種氣體叫甲烷,也叫沼氣。再經(jīng)燃燒,把熱能轉(zhuǎn)化為蒸氣,推動(dòng)渦輪機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),帶動(dòng)發(fā)電機(jī)產(chǎn)生電能。
目前國內(nèi)主流的垃圾處理方式高溫焚燒處理是指垃圾在850-1000攝氏度的高溫下經(jīng)過干燥、燃燒和燃燼三個(gè)階段充分燃燒。通過計(jì)算機(jī)自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)和自動(dòng)燃燒控制系統(tǒng)能夠即時(shí)監(jiān)控和調(diào)整爐內(nèi)垃圾的燃燒情況,及時(shí)調(diào)節(jié)爐排運(yùn)行速度和燃燒空氣量。為充分利用熱能,將這些焚燒處理垃圾過程中的熱量在余熱鍋爐中進(jìn)行熱交換,產(chǎn)生過熱蒸汽推動(dòng)汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組產(chǎn)生電能,電能又通過電網(wǎng),輸送到各地,實(shí)現(xiàn)了垃圾處理的資源化。垃圾焚燒后的減容率非常高,可使垃圾體積減少80%-90%,實(shí)現(xiàn)了垃圾處理的減量化。
焚燒過程中產(chǎn)生的煙氣經(jīng)余熱鍋爐進(jìn)入煙氣凈化主系統(tǒng)(由反應(yīng)塔、袋式除塵器、引風(fēng)機(jī)和煙道管組成),處理后達(dá)標(biāo)排放;
垃圾焚燒后產(chǎn)生的飛灰,爐渣分別進(jìn)行無害化和資源化處理;
垃圾處理過程中產(chǎn)生的滲濾液直接送入滲濾液處理車間進(jìn)行處理。

機(jī)械爐排焚燒爐簡(jiǎn)介:
工作原理:垃圾通過進(jìn)料斗進(jìn)入傾斜向下的爐排(爐排分為干燥區(qū)、燃燒區(qū)、燃盡區(qū)),由于爐排之間的交錯(cuò)運(yùn)動(dòng),將垃圾向下方推動(dòng),使垃圾依次通過爐排上的各個(gè)區(qū)域(垃圾由一個(gè)區(qū)進(jìn)入到另一區(qū)時(shí),起到一個(gè)大翻身的作用),直至燃盡排出爐膛。燃燒空氣從爐排下部進(jìn)入并與垃圾混合;高溫?zé)煔馔ㄟ^鍋爐的受熱面產(chǎn)生熱蒸汽,同時(shí)煙氣也得到冷卻,最后煙氣經(jīng)煙氣處理裝置處理后排出。
特點(diǎn):爐排爐生活垃圾焚燒技術(shù)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,對(duì)垃圾的徹底處理能力強(qiáng),適于連續(xù)運(yùn)行,經(jīng)優(yōu)化的煙氣處理技術(shù)后排放達(dá)標(biāo)。但是爐排的材質(zhì)要求和加工精度要求高,要求爐排與爐排之間的接觸面相當(dāng)光滑、排與排之間的間隙相當(dāng)小。另外機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,損壞率高,維護(hù)量大。
流化床焚燒爐簡(jiǎn)介:
工作原理:爐體是由多孔分布板組成,在爐膛內(nèi)加入大量的石英砂,將石英砂加熱到600℃以上,并在爐底鼓入200℃以上的熱風(fēng),使熱砂沸騰起來,再投入垃圾。垃圾同熱砂一起沸騰,垃圾很快被干燥、著火、燃燒。未燃盡的垃圾比重較輕,繼續(xù)沸騰燃燒,燃盡的垃圾比重較大,落到爐底,經(jīng)過水冷后,用分選設(shè)備將粗渣、細(xì)渣送到廠外,少量的中等爐渣和石英砂通過提升設(shè)備送回到爐中繼續(xù)使用。
from a large ICs supplier that internal testing showed the safety problems of mission critical products. Unfortunately, these vulnerabilities are part of the embedded OS provided by a third party. The OS provider refused to solve the vulnerability, so the ICs provider (or its users) faced no patch available.
The example in 2011 involves another ICs supplier. A vulnerability in a PLC secret channel was discovered and publicly disclosed by an independent security researcher. The vendor was able to design patches to remove the channels, but later found that these channels were widely used by troubleshooting teams that supported users. To make things more complicated, the company has a very cumbersome quality assurance (QA) procedure for product changes, which takes four months to complete. Therefore, even if users want to sacrifice technical support to ensure security, they still face a four month system window while waiting for the completion
