熱熔系統(tǒng)
熱熔系統(tǒng)由熱熔箱、冷油系統(tǒng)及熱油系統(tǒng)組成。反應氣體由氧化系統(tǒng)氣冷器出口進入熱熔系統(tǒng)。通過冷油將進入熱熔冷凝器的氣態(tài)粗苯酐凝華。凝華后固體粗苯酐通過熱油系統(tǒng)加熱融化為液態(tài)苯酐。
2.3 預處理系統(tǒng)
預處理系統(tǒng)由預處理釜及導熱油電加熱器組成。自熱熔系統(tǒng)來的粗苯酐進入預處理系統(tǒng),在預處理系統(tǒng)中通過導熱油對粗苯酐加熱升溫至270℃—275℃,并抽微真空以去除沸點較低的雜質(zhì),同時通過加堿使大分子物質(zhì)聚合,并將酸酐轉(zhuǎn)換成苯酐。

2.4精致系統(tǒng)
精致系統(tǒng)由輕塔、重塔、后處理、收集罐組成。自預處理來物料中還含有輕沸點、中沸點、高沸點物質(zhì),其中中沸點物質(zhì)為苯酐產(chǎn)品。自預處理來物料進入輕塔加熱至195℃,去除輕沸點雜質(zhì),剩余物料進入重塔并加熱,去除重沸點雜質(zhì),重沸點雜質(zhì)中含有少量苯酐,需要進入再沸器處理以收集重沸點雜質(zhì)中含有的少量苯酐,收集中沸點物質(zhì)為成品苯酐。

三、運行效果
UW500集散控制系統(tǒng)在該項目上投運以來的生產(chǎn)運行表明,床溫、鹽溫曲線圖以及最大值算法大大降低操作人員對數(shù)量繁多的床溫、鹽溫的把控難度。鹽閥自動控制邏輯穩(wěn)定 精確的溫度控制提升了產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量及生產(chǎn)效率,同時本系統(tǒng)采用數(shù)量眾多的PID控制算法,保證生產(chǎn)設備穩(wěn)定運行,節(jié)約了 超過30%的人力投入。緊急停車保護算法的精準穩(wěn)定動作使 得生產(chǎn)設備安全性大大提高,保護了人員及設備安全。利港電廠擁有8臺發(fā)電機組,總裝機容量4040MW,是中國華東地區(qū)最大的火力發(fā)電廠。除了發(fā)電,利港電廠還向附近的大型工廠供熱,最大供熱能力1000t/h,目前實際供熱量400~500t/h。
利港電廠的供熱系統(tǒng)龐大而復雜,除了由8臺機組向其提供6種不同參數(shù)等級的蒸汽和高低壓減溫水外,供熱系統(tǒng)還包括38套減溫減壓器、2套冷熱蒸汽混合器、3臺減溫水增壓泵,擁有超高壓、高壓、中壓、低壓不同參數(shù)等級的供熱蒸汽母管6條和高低壓減溫水母管各一條。供熱距離2~5km。
供熱系統(tǒng)設備眾多、系統(tǒng)復雜,加之客戶對蒸汽參數(shù)穩(wěn)定性、供熱可靠性、經(jīng)濟性的高要求,給供熱系統(tǒng)的監(jiān)控和自動化水平提出了新的需求。
