REXROTH HDD02.2-W040N-HD12-01-FW安全相關輸出模塊，適用于要求等級1至6。如果輸出模塊出現故障，所有安全相關輸出組件均滿足要求等級6的要求，無時間限制。安全相關輸出模塊有3個串聯開關的半導體。這意味著安全關閉所需的第二個獨立組件現在集成在輸出模塊中。在下文中，此功能稱為集成安全關閉。此輸出模塊的數據表包含符號。如果新的安全相關輸出模塊在運行過程中發生故障，REXROTH HDD02.2-W040N-HD12-01-FW則其將自動關閉，同時集成安全關閉，以獲得安全斷電狀態。必須安裝在每個I/O子架中的耦合模塊F 7553能夠關閉I/O子架的看門狗信號（WD）。即使在很少發生第二次故障的情況下，也只會關閉相關的I/O子框，而不會關閉整個系統。
