DEIF LMR-111D保護(hù)繼電器DEIF LMR-111D溫度控制模塊（TCM）溫度控制模塊為最多八個(gè)通道提供溫度控制。除了溫度范圍和分辨率額定值外，兩種TCM型號(hào)完全相同（參見比較表）。它們具有以下特點(diǎn)：可以在開環(huán)或閉環(huán)模式下運(yùn)行每個(gè)通道都有熱電偶輸入和繼電器輸出RTD輸入12V共模電壓能力開路和反向熱電偶檢測(cè)和報(bào)告超差溫度檢測(cè)和報(bào)告連接現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備（熱電偶、繼電器），RTD和輸出繼電器的外部電源通過模塊提供的一對(duì)插入式連接器連接到模塊。DEIF LMR-111D這些連接器具有固定螺釘端子，便于連接現(xiàn)場(chǎng)接線。如上圖所示，每個(gè)端子的信號(hào)名稱標(biāo)記在每個(gè)連接器旁邊的模塊前蓋上。例如，通道8連接在每個(gè)連接器上標(biāo)記為8+和8-。輸入連接位于左側(cè)接頭上，輸出連接位于右側(cè)接頭上
DEIF LMR-111D Control Modules (TCM) The Temperature Control Modules (TCM) provides temperature control for up to eight channels. The two TCM models are identical except for temperature range and resolution ratings (see comparison table). They have the following features: ? Can operate in either open loop or closed loop mode ? Each channel has a thermocouple input and a relay output ? RTD input ? 12V common mode voltage capability ? Open and reverse thermocouple detection and reporting ? Out of tolerance temperature detection and reporting Connections Field devices (thermocouples, relays), DEIF LMR-111DRTD and external power for output relays are connected to the module using a pair of plug-in connectors which are supplied with the module. These connectors have captive screw terminals for ease of connecting field wiring. The signal name for each terminal is labeled on the module’s front cover next to each connector, as shown in the drawing above.
