3.系統(tǒng)配置
據在現場需求,預壓變頻驅動器由變壓器柜,供電設備柜和控制柜組成。控制柜面板上設有本地/遠程按鈕、緊急停止按鈕和電源頻率/變頻指示燈。
變頻驅動器采用英威騰GD5000逆變器。通過遠程控制臺可以監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)和壓榨機速度,操作人員在控制室就可以很便利地根據生產需求來調整壓榨機運行速度,而且為提高生產效率提供了極大的優(yōu)勢。

4.應用和優(yōu)勢
升級之后,優(yōu)點如下,
1. 軟啟動,啟動時間和啟動方法可以根據現場情況進行調整。
2. 更高的功率因數。0.95以上,無需使用功率因數補償裝置,并且更加精煉。
3. 對電機無諧波污染,有效地降低了電機的熱量。
4. 非常低的轉矩脈沖,不會造成電機和其它機械設備之間的共振,并降低傳輸的機械磨損。
5. 完美的輸出波形,失真度小于4%。
