CHH100系列高壓變頻器具有內(nèi)置PID功能,操作靈活。控制連接可采取多種模式,包括線連模式和通信模式。根據(jù)項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的實(shí)際情況,選擇了線連模式;變頻器通過操作柱遠(yuǎn)程控制;系統(tǒng)的閉環(huán)和開環(huán)運(yùn)行可以通過控制面板來選擇。變頻器控制界面和遠(yuǎn)程操作柱請(qǐng)見下圖:

根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)泵的特性和用戶的用水量的變化,結(jié)合CHH100系列高壓變頻器的功能特性,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)變頻器的PID相關(guān)參數(shù)設(shè)置如下:
5.節(jié)能效果
變頻器于2010年4月5日安裝完畢。按照現(xiàn)場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)要求,于4月8日對(duì)變頻器進(jìn)行了試車并投入使用,4月11日 - 4月13日對(duì)水泵進(jìn)行了電力節(jié)能測(cè)試。測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)如下:
1) 1#供水站水泵:
根據(jù)電表的實(shí)際讀數(shù)和兩天內(nèi)的電網(wǎng)頻率和可變頻率模式下的耗電量,可以計(jì)算出該系統(tǒng)的節(jié)能情況。變頻改造后,1#供水站的綜合節(jié)能情況是:
每天節(jié)約電量 = 11160 - 8400 kWH = 2760 kWH
節(jié)電率= (11160 - 8400)/21720 ×100% = 24.73%功率因數(shù)增加:當(dāng)原始電機(jī)直接以電網(wǎng)頻率運(yùn)行時(shí),滿載的功率因數(shù)約為0.84。而變頻系統(tǒng),在電源側(cè)的功率因數(shù)可提高到0.95,并且能夠滿足在沒有無功功率補(bǔ)償裝置情況下的電網(wǎng)要求。這進(jìn)一步節(jié)約了上游設(shè)備的運(yùn)行成本。
2)系統(tǒng)節(jié)能效果顯著:變頻器改進(jìn)后,在滿足用戶要求的前提下,可設(shè)置一定的壓力來降低電機(jī)的耗電量。根據(jù)實(shí)際測(cè)試,泵站水泵的節(jié)電率達(dá)到24%以上。
3)設(shè)備操作簡(jiǎn)單:變頻器改進(jìn)并設(shè)置壓力后,操作簡(jiǎn)單靈活,并能避免水泵的反復(fù)啟停。減少了對(duì)馬達(dá)和泵的影響,并且可以遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控。

節(jié)電率= (9360 - 6840)/9360 ×100% = 26.92%
3) 可以計(jì)算出該系統(tǒng)的節(jié)能情況。變頻改造后,5280 - 3720 kWH = 1560 kWH
