核工業脈沖發電機組工藝簡介及要求
脈沖發電機是一種慣性儲能技術,慣性儲能是依靠物體運動來存儲能量的方式,存儲在高速旋轉的飛輪或機械中的能量為旋轉機械能。一般使用較小功率的拖動機構,以相對長的時間把一定質量的轉子或飛輪慢慢地加速使其轉動起來從而存儲足夠的動能,根據需要利用其轉動慣性脈沖地驅動負載設備,把機械能轉變為電磁能。
300MVA脈沖發電機組由8500kW繞線異步電動機及300MVA脈沖發電機組成為一同軸系聯軸器連接,機組飛輪力矩為7300t.m2。 8500kW電動機作為機組的拖動電機,基本參數為6000V、991A,轉子開路電壓2498V、轉子額定電流2062A。

風水冷高壓變頻器技術總體方案
根據電機參數,選用HIVERT-Y6/1200(6kV/10000kW)高壓變頻裝置,額定輸出電流為1200A,適配電機功率為10000kW。由手車斷路器式自動旁路柜、啟動柜、主變壓器柜、功率單元柜、控制柜、水循環系統、接線柜等幾部分組成。該項目結合脈沖發電機組的工況特性,融入了全數字矢量控制、IGBT并聯設計、疊層母排技術、單元制動功能、水冷散熱方式等多項高端技術。
1.變頻裝置主電路圖
1.1 一次回路及保護
HIVERT系列高壓水冷變頻器采用交-直-交直接高壓(高-高)方式,主電路開關元件為IGBT,功率單元采用串聯,疊波升壓,充分利用高壓變頻器的成熟技術,具有很高的可靠性。
隔離變壓器為三相干式整流變壓器,風水冷。變壓器原邊輸入可為任意電壓,Y接;副邊繞組數量依變頻器電壓等級及結構而定,6kV系列為18個,延邊三角形接法,為每個功率單元提供三相電源輸入。為了最大限度抑制輸入側諧波含量,同一相的副邊繞組通過延邊三角形接法移相,繞組間的相位差由下式計算:
移相角度 = 60°/ 每相單元數量
由于為功率單元提供電源的變壓器副邊繞組間有一定的相位差,從而消除了大部分由單個功率單元所引起的諧波電流,所以HIVERT變頻器輸入電流的總諧波含量(THD)遠小于國家標準5%的要求,并且能保持接近1的輸入功率因數。三相輸出Y接,得到驅動電機所需的可變頻三相高壓電源。which is very convenient and fast for data processing In this project, there are a lot of data to be read and written, and array processing is adopted, which is very good
