電機(jī)為交流異步電機(jī),紙機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)最高轉(zhuǎn)速為1800m/min,傳動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)為TMdrive-10e2,PWM控制的交直交變頻矢量控制系統(tǒng),功率元件采用絕緣柵雙極晶體管(IGBT)。
傳動(dòng)逆變器柜類型較多,250KVA以下為抽屜式,250KVA以上為柜式結(jié)構(gòu),根據(jù)電機(jī)容量的差異來選用不同容量控制系統(tǒng),用于紙機(jī)的變頻控制。
逆變器的傳動(dòng)矢量控制組成:速度給定環(huán)節(jié)、速度調(diào)節(jié)器、D/Q軸電流調(diào)節(jié)器、磁通調(diào)節(jié)器、電壓調(diào)節(jié)器、PWM控制器等組成。主板在矢量控制系統(tǒng)完成IGBT觸發(fā)信號(hào)后,把觸發(fā)脈沖傳送到逆變器,控制IGBT導(dǎo)通和關(guān)斷,得到所需電機(jī)近似于正弦波的輸入電壓和頻率,進(jìn)而調(diào)節(jié)電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速。
2.4 數(shù)據(jù)通信
傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)和PLC間通信采用FL-NET總線,光纖連接,變頻器與HUB之間,以太網(wǎng)通訊。結(jié)構(gòu)仍以圖2為例。
PLC系統(tǒng)配置了一塊FL612接口模塊和一塊EGD模塊,與各變頻器進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)交換。各變頻器地址均在EGD中配置,傳動(dòng)與PLC的通信及傳動(dòng)與傳動(dòng)之間的通信都是通過EGD來完成數(shù)據(jù)交換的。
FL-NET網(wǎng)絡(luò)以Ethernet為物理層,采用總線拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),是日本采納的一種PLC網(wǎng)絡(luò)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),其協(xié)議棧高層為UDP/IP+ UDP/IP+獨(dú)自循環(huán)通信協(xié)議,保證了通信的實(shí)時(shí)性。
完成PLC系統(tǒng)與傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)間數(shù)據(jù)交換基于EGD(Ethernet Global Data)以太網(wǎng)全局?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)處理通信,EGD協(xié)議是美國(guó)GE自動(dòng)化公司基于以太網(wǎng)技術(shù)的數(shù)據(jù)交換協(xié)議,它以數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)文形式在一個(gè)發(fā)送者和多個(gè)發(fā)送者之間實(shí)現(xiàn)100Mbps數(shù)據(jù)高速傳送,遵循UDP/IP獨(dú)自循環(huán)通信協(xié)議。數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)送時(shí)間間隔短,安全性強(qiáng),不易丟失,各站為雙向角色,既是服務(wù)器也是客戶端。
3. 系統(tǒng)控制功能
TMEIC集成控制器完成整個(gè)紙機(jī)的速度計(jì)算與控制、負(fù)荷分配計(jì)算與控制、電機(jī)同步計(jì)算與保護(hù)等功能。
