12臺衛生紙機分布從TM31到TM42,下文以TM31紙機為例,來介紹TMEIC自動控制系統在該衛生紙機的通信配置結構。

1.紙機全線網絡自動化結構
全線整套網絡結構由生產監控網絡層DCS、QCS,現場控制網絡層V-系列集成控制器,I/O現場網絡層組成,通常,我們將傳動系統歸納于I/O現場網絡層。如圖一所示。
變頻器與EGD之間通過Ethernet工業以太網通訊,工程師站與PLC及變頻器皆通過Ethernet以太網。PLC與EGD之間數據交流的是FL-Net總線。
我們知道,DCS集散控制系統,是將儀表控制系統和計算機控制有機結合起來,完成常規的電動、氣動、液壓執行元件的控制任務,比如紙機邏輯聯鎖、電機啟制動、PID及智能控制等等。大量有效繁瑣的工作由DCS來完成。QCS是質量管理控制系統,是將紙機生產的紙張定量、水分等進行監控和控制,對紙張生產的成本和效益,有重要意義。
