12臺衛(wèi)生紙機分布從TM31到TM42,下文以TM31紙機為例,來介紹TMEIC自動控制系統(tǒng)在該衛(wèi)生紙機的通信配置結(jié)構(gòu)。

1.紙機全線網(wǎng)絡(luò)自動化結(jié)構(gòu)
全線整套網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)由生產(chǎn)監(jiān)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)層DCS、QCS,現(xiàn)場控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)層V-系列集成控制器,I/O現(xiàn)場網(wǎng)絡(luò)層組成,通常,我們將傳動系統(tǒng)歸納于I/O現(xiàn)場網(wǎng)絡(luò)層。如圖一所示。
變頻器與EGD之間通過Ethernet工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)通訊,工程師站與PLC及變頻器皆通過Ethernet以太網(wǎng)。PLC與EGD之間數(shù)據(jù)交流的是FL-Net總線。
我們知道,DCS集散控制系統(tǒng),是將儀表控制系統(tǒng)和計算機控制有機結(jié)合起來,完成常規(guī)的電動、氣動、液壓執(zhí)行元件的控制任務(wù),比如紙機邏輯聯(lián)鎖、電機啟制動、PID及智能控制等等。大量有效繁瑣的工作由DCS來完成。QCS是質(zhì)量管理控制系統(tǒng),是將紙機生產(chǎn)的紙張定量、水分等進行監(jiān)控和控制,對紙張生產(chǎn)的成本和效益,有重要意義。
本紙機將DCS、QCS與TMEIC可編程控制器有效集成,使得工藝生產(chǎn)流程、設(shè)備控制流程及輔助配套系統(tǒng)通過網(wǎng)絡(luò),形成了高性能的衛(wèi)生紙機自動化控制生產(chǎn)線。the general text display.
