(4)諧波指標(biāo)
輸出電流諧波失真<2%,變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生的諧波滿足并高于中國“GB/T 14549電能質(zhì)量公用電網(wǎng)諧波”及“IEEE519”國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定。變頻裝置考慮將對(duì)電網(wǎng)諧波影響減至最小的措施包括:a、移相變壓器;b、單元串聯(lián)技術(shù);c、優(yōu)化的PWM算法;d、多脈沖整流技術(shù) 。
(5)控制部分雙電源切換
變頻器控制回路采用雙電源切換技術(shù)并配置UPS電源,雙電源一路來源于用戶電源,一路來源于變頻器內(nèi)隔離變壓器二次輸出繞組,其中任意一單元掉電自動(dòng)切換至另一回路,切換時(shí)間約為40ms,切換過程中的電源保證由UPS提供,UPS提供掉電30分鐘輸出。高壓變頻器是一種交流電氣傳動(dòng)控制設(shè)備,它可以通過改變電機(jī)的工作頻率和電壓來控制交流電動(dòng)機(jī)的運(yùn)行。它主要由整流部分、逆變部分和控制部分組成。最終變頻器對(duì)輸出電壓和頻率進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié),從而達(dá)到調(diào)速和節(jié)能的目的。
功率單元模塊IGBT作為變頻器的核心器件,其自身的工作特性使其具有極高的發(fā)熱特點(diǎn),在運(yùn)行過程中約有1.5%左右的有功功率轉(zhuǎn)化為熱能,這部分熱量會(huì)使功率器件內(nèi)部晶圓的結(jié)溫持續(xù)升高。若不能及時(shí)有效的將此部分熱量釋放到空氣中,不僅會(huì)降低設(shè)備的可靠性,甚至?xí)p壞器件導(dǎo)致設(shè)備無法正常運(yùn)行。在高壓變頻器小型化及低成本的趨勢下, 提升IGBT自身的利用率和需求功率單元的體積越來越小,都使得散熱問題更加棘手。在有限的空間內(nèi)來實(shí)現(xiàn)IGBT的有效散熱成為高壓變頻器散熱設(shè)計(jì)的核心。
本文通過FloEFD軟件對(duì)高壓變頻器功率單元使用的散熱器進(jìn)行仿真分析,并通過實(shí)測,驗(yàn)證了FloEFD軟件分析電力電子設(shè)備散熱設(shè)計(jì)的可行性及可靠度。軟件的先前仿真,對(duì)于優(yōu)化散熱結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)提供了有效的技術(shù)方法。
2 仿真原理及方案設(shè)計(jì)
2.1 仿真原理
