n速度測量調(diào)整調(diào)試步驟
在調(diào)試過程中,是否調(diào)整步進(jìn)速度-是,電機(jī)將在首次確認(rèn)啟動后轉(zhuǎn)動
驅(qū)動-在EMF模式下按(I)12.5%的基準(zhǔn)
速度(1.05)或模擬轉(zhuǎn)速表或編碼器模式基本速度的25%(1.05)。
如果此速度太高,無法進(jìn)行首次應(yīng)用檢查不要使用此調(diào)試步驟!
現(xiàn)在退出調(diào)試向?qū)Р?zhí)行此操作
首先,使用操作系統(tǒng)通過本地控制進(jìn)行檢查
面板DCS400PAN。請參閱第6.1章面板
模式:驅(qū)動控制。之后,再次啟動調(diào)試向?qū)В崾舅俣瓤刂破髯詣诱{(diào)整
只有成功調(diào)試的自調(diào)整才會更改速度控制器的參數(shù):速度調(diào)節(jié)器KP(5.07)和速度調(diào)節(jié)TI(5.08),其他參數(shù)保持不變。自整定后,必須在低速下檢查驅(qū)動器的性能。
在自整定過程中,電機(jī)加速兩次,最多兩次額定速度的80%。應(yīng)用程序必須允許,如果沒有,則不得進(jìn)行自整定。在某種程度上應(yīng)用程序?qū)⒔棺詣诱{(diào)諧的情況。
什么允許自調(diào)整:
?電機(jī)與負(fù)載解耦
?電機(jī)+皮帶傳動
?電機(jī)+齒輪箱
?電機(jī)+10%負(fù)載應(yīng)用
抑制自調(diào)諧的因素:
?振蕩負(fù)載
?滿載/過載
?高慣性(導(dǎo)致反應(yīng)時間長)
不建議在以下情況下開始自調(diào)諧:
?起重機(jī)/電梯(自整定不考慮電梯高度)n速度自動調(diào)諧失敗
如果在調(diào)試向?qū)陂g自動調(diào)整失敗:
?按下以下位置的菜單按鈕重置報警:操作面板。
?按ENTER鍵,并按照調(diào)試向?qū)нM(jìn)行操作直至結(jié)束。

可通過以下方式進(jìn)行調(diào)整:
?設(shè)置參數(shù)Act Filt 1時間(5.29)=0.01s,以及開始自動調(diào)諧(*)
?如果失敗,設(shè)置Act Filt 2時間(5.30)=0.01s并啟動再次自動調(diào)諧(*)
?如果失敗,設(shè)置Act Filt 1時間(5.29)=0.02s并啟動再次自動調(diào)諧(*)
?如果失敗,設(shè)置Act Filt 2時間(5.30)=0.02s并啟動再次自動調(diào)諧(*)
?如果一次又一次失敗,嘗試找出正確的值
通過手動速度調(diào)節(jié)。在大多數(shù)情況下,速度調(diào)節(jié)KP(5.07)=1.000,速度調(diào)節(jié)TI(5.08)=100.0ms作為啟動條件是有用的。

Hints for speed controller autotuning Only successfully commissioned selftuning will change parameters of the speed controller Speed Reg KP (5.07) and Speed Reg TI (5.08), other-wise parameters remain unchanged. After selftuning the behaviour of the drive must be checked at low speed. During selftuning the motor accelerates twice up two 80% nominal speed. The application must allow this, if not, selftuning must not be carried out. In some cases selftuning will be inhibited by the application. What allows selftuning: ? motor decoupled from load ? motor + belt transmission ? motor + gear box ? motor + application with 10% load What inhibits selftuning: ? oscillating load ? full load / overload ? high inertia ( causes long reaction periods) It is not recommended to start selftuning with: ? cranes / elevators (selftuning is disregarding the lift height) n Speed Autotuning failed If autotuning fails during Commissioning Wizard: ? Reset the alarm by pressing the MENU button at the operating panel. ? Press ENTER and follow the Commissioning Wizard up to the end. ? After finishing the Wizard the speed controller can be adjusted in the following way: ? Set parameter Act Filt 1 Time (5.29) = 0.01s and start autotuning (*) ? If fails set Act Filt 2 Time (5.30) = 0.01s and start autotuning again (*) ? If fails set Act Filt 1 Time (5.29) = 0.02s and start autotuning again (*) ? If fails set Act Filt 2 Time (5.30) = 0.02s and start autotuning again (*) ? If fails again and again try to find out the right values via manually speed tuning. In most cases Speed Reg KP (5.07) = 1.000 and Speed Reg TI (5.08) = 100.0ms is helpful as a start condition. Only successfully commissioned selftuning will change parameters of the speed controller Speed Reg KP (5.07) and Speed Reg TI (5.08), other-wise parameters remain unchanged. After selftuning the behaviour of the drive must be checked at low speed. (*) To start the speed controller autotuning set parameter Contr Service (7.02)=Sp Autotun and start the drive by using LOC and (I) button at the operating panel DCS400PAN or ON and RUN command at the terminals.
