PCIH38F300A1模塊,POSITRONIC英文說(shuō)明使得在LCU與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備間仍然存在著繼電邏輯回路,如輔助設(shè)備繼電器屏(P13)、機(jī)械保護(hù)屏(P9)等,其中大量的輸入信號(hào)并未直接引入LCU,而是經(jīng)過(guò)一些中間繼電器、掉牌信號(hào)繼電器等中轉(zhuǎn)后引入LCU,這些信號(hào)在異常情況下如電源掉電,或者是信號(hào)繼電器掉牌后未能復(fù)歸而信號(hào)再次發(fā)生時(shí)是不可能反應(yīng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備的實(shí)際狀態(tài),這對(duì)于今后實(shí)現(xiàn)少人值班時(shí)機(jī)組運(yùn)行的安全保障有嚴(yán)重的威脅;而在DO回路上也存在著很多不合理之處。對(duì)于P13屏來(lái)說(shuō),原來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)的推力高壓油減載裝置在更換塑料瓦以后已經(jīng)取消,故該回路已經(jīng)失去意義;加熱器、吸塵器、推力氣密封風(fēng)機(jī)的控制回路在P13屏內(nèi)僅僅是一只中間繼電器,而LCU的輸出繼電器已經(jīng)可以直接啟動(dòng)這些裝置,因此可以將該回路改為直通;最不合理的是所有的電磁閥在P13屏內(nèi)并未有邏輯回路,僅僅是端子轉(zhuǎn)接,增加了接線的復(fù)雜性。由于設(shè)計(jì)中對(duì)機(jī)組流程設(shè)計(jì)不夠合理,需要在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行大量的更改,而很多功能的修改需要LCU軟件和常規(guī)繼電邏輯進(jìn)行修改,再加上現(xiàn)場(chǎng)自動(dòng)化元件的選型問(wèn)題,造成了初期機(jī)組不能實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)開(kāi)停機(jī)。因此簡(jiǎn)化回路接線,理清控制邏輯關(guān)系,建立一個(gè)以LCU為核心的機(jī)組控制系統(tǒng),對(duì)于機(jī)組安全運(yùn)行、減輕維護(hù)人員工作量、真正實(shí)現(xiàn)少人值班電站是非常重要的。由于天生橋二級(jí)電站原控制系統(tǒng)存在上述問(wèn)題,為了保證機(jī)組運(yùn)行的安全,提高自動(dòng)化運(yùn)行水平,急需改變目前這種狀態(tài),將機(jī)組的控制轉(zhuǎn)移到以LCU為核心的控制方式上來(lái),徹底甩掉原有的介于LCU與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備間的繼電邏輯,簡(jiǎn)化接線,將原有結(jié)構(gòu)中大量硬邏輯變?yōu)榛谲浖能涍壿嬒到y(tǒng)。同時(shí)在接線中將借鑒計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)化、模塊化的接線方式,規(guī)范布線系統(tǒng),使外部線纜一次性安裝到位,將檢修人員今后的工作范圍減少到屏柜(端子箱)內(nèi)部,即今后回路的修改僅限于屏柜(端子箱)內(nèi)部各端子排間的跳線,方便了檢修人員工作并減少故障率。所以天廠橋發(fā)電總廠決定采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)機(jī)組的控制。 Ibwpt and its theoretical basis 1 definition of 1bwpt we give the definition of weak current technology of intelligent building from the concept of weak current of intelligent building.
