對控制臺供電, 通常為AC220V。三相交流通過在線UPS進行整流、逆變、隔離變壓過程后輸出穩定的交流電,同時通過充電模塊對電池充電,在三相交流停電時,電池的直流電經升壓、逆變、隔離變壓變為交流電,保證驅動、控制系統用電。UPS 功率要滿足開關門時最大沖擊功率要求。交流電通過AC/DC 模塊提供控制系統用DC24V和DC110V,模塊采用1+1備份;交流電通過AC/DC模塊提供驅動系統用DC110V,模塊采用N+1備份,驅動系統用AC/DC模塊要滿足開關門時最大沖擊功率要求。
AD908MF工控備件三相交流AC380V 通過AC/DC模塊輸出DC110V。AC/DC模塊分為兩部分:一部分模塊輸出為電池充電并為DC110V 控制系統供電,此部分模塊采用N+1 備份;另一部分模塊輸出為DC110V 驅動系統供電,此部分模塊也采用N+1 備份。使用DC/DC模塊,提供DC24V控制系統用電,模塊1+1 備份。使用DC/AC 模塊,提供AC220V 控制臺用電,模塊1+1 備份。在三相交流AC380V 停電時,電池直接對DC110V 驅動系統和DC110V 控制系統供電,并通過DC/DC 模塊和DC/AC模塊對DC24V控制系統和AC220V 控制臺供電。兩種電源方案的比較
(1)單點故障。交流方案采用單臺UPS供電存在3個單點故障點,即電池、電池升壓和逆變。直流方案只存在電池1個單點故障點。電池單點故障點通過雙組電池備用可以消除。交流方案要消除單點故障需要UPS 1+1 備份。
(2)功率變換。由于驅動供電的特殊性(峰值功率要求高),交流方案在正常情況下需要經過2 級功率變換提供驅動供電,即AC/AC(UPS)和AC/DC 變換;直流方案只需要AC/DC 一級功率變換。綜合評估,交流方案變換功率為直流系統的1.7倍以上;而變換功率的大小與成本密切相關;因此,直流方案的投資較小。
(3)電池備用的可靠性。交流方案電池后備供電需要經過電池升壓、逆變和AC/DC模塊對外供電,經過的電源變換環節多。直流方案電池直接對DC110V 供電,無變換環節。因此,直流方案電池后備更可靠。根據不同港口的類型特點和靠泊船只的用電需求,船舶岸電主要分為高壓、低壓兩種供電類型,容量等級跨度也很大。
controller is arranged near the car barrier to locally control the lifting and lowering of the car barrier, and one substation controls one car barrier correspondingly. The fx3ga-24mr-cm programming port of the master station controller is connected to the HMI (tpc1061ti) in Kunlun on state to display the status information of each car barrier. The structure diagram of the whole control system is shown in Figure 1 below.
Due to the explosion-proof requirements of equipment used in coal mines, the whole system is composed of explosion-proof box, main control box, electric control box and operation box. The main control box is the main station, the electric control box is the sub station, and the operation box is equivalent to the upper computer. The main station and sub stations are connected by PLC communication of the same brand. Another communication port (fx3ga-24mr-cm programming port) of the main station is connected to the upper computer - Kunlun on state HMI (tpc1061ti). A delta small PLC (dvp14ss211t) is used in the operation box to collect panel key signals. Due to the requirements of isolation between intrinsically safe circuits and non intrinsically safe circuits in the explosion-proof design, the intrinsically safe key signals on the operation box panel are isolated and converted into non intrinsically safe signals before they are connected to the PLC (dvp14ss21t).
