FBMSSW伺服控制卡的直流穩(wěn)壓電源一般具有多路輸出:比如提供一路固定輸出為5V、2A;提供二路(A路、B路)可調(diào)輸出為0~24V、0~1A。可調(diào)輸出一般都具有穩(wěn)壓、穩(wěn)流兩種工作方式,這兩種工作方式隨負(fù)載變化而進(jìn)行自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換,并由儀器前面板上的發(fā)光二極管顯示出CV、CC方式,一般綠燈表示CV(穩(wěn)壓)、紅燈表示CC(穩(wěn)流)。有些穩(wěn)壓電源還同時(shí)提供A路和B路串聯(lián)工作和主從跟蹤工作方式。若A路是主路,B路是從路,在跟蹤工作方式時(shí),從路的輸出電壓隨主路而變化,這對(duì)于需要對(duì)稱雙極性電源的場(chǎng)合較為適用。若A、B二路串聯(lián)工作時(shí)可輸出0~48V、0~1A直流電源;在串聯(lián)跟蹤工作方式時(shí),可輸出0~±24V、0~1A直流電源。1、根據(jù)所需要的電壓,先調(diào)整“粗調(diào)”旋紐,再逐漸調(diào)整“細(xì)調(diào)”旋紐,要做到正確配合。例如需要輸出12V電壓時(shí),需將“粗調(diào)”旋紐置在15V檔,再調(diào)整“細(xì)調(diào)”旋紐調(diào)置12V,而“粗調(diào)”旋紐不應(yīng)置在10V檔。否則,最大輸出電壓達(dá)不到12V。
2、調(diào)整到所需要的電壓后,再接入負(fù)載。
3、在使用過程中,如果需要變換“粗調(diào)”檔時(shí),應(yīng)先斷開負(fù)載,待輸出電壓調(diào)到所需要的值后,再接入負(fù)載。
4、在使用過程中,因負(fù)載短路或過載引起保護(hù)時(shí),應(yīng)首先斷開負(fù)載,然后按動(dòng)“復(fù)原”按鈕,也可重新開啟電源,電壓即可恢復(fù)正常工作,待排除故障后再接入負(fù)載。
5、將額定電流不等的各路電源串聯(lián)使用時(shí),輸出電流為其中額定值最小一路的額定值。
6、每路電源有一個(gè)表頭,在A/V不同狀態(tài)時(shí),分別指示本路的輸出電流或者輸出電壓。通常放在電壓指示狀態(tài)。
