接觸器行業(yè)的格局即將面臨著變化,毫無疑問,具有“一級能效”節(jié)能環(huán)保的接觸器更有市場競爭力。但一級能效與三級能效的指標(biāo)要求相差了五倍以上,并不是通過簡單的參數(shù)修改就能夠達(dá)到,必須依靠電子控制技術(shù)才能達(dá)到。而專用的控制芯片可以幫助廠商對接觸器進行節(jié)能升級,不僅可以縮短產(chǎn)品上市時間,還可以降低研發(fā)成本和制造成本,讓產(chǎn)品更有市場競爭力。
IS200ISBBG2AAB燃機卡件一般我們把不帶任何控制的接觸器稱為傳統(tǒng)型接觸器,這種接觸器輸入電壓范圍窄(80%~110%額定電壓),線圈損耗大(三級能效)。帶無源節(jié)電控制的接觸器稱為第二代節(jié)電型接觸器,這類接觸器一定程度上解決了線圈損耗大的問題,但輸入電壓范圍與傳統(tǒng)型無太大差別,未能得到廣泛推廣。帶PWM控制的接觸器稱為第三代節(jié)電型接觸器,這類接觸器輸入電壓范圍寬,線圈損耗更小(損耗約為一代的1/10),同時還具備遠(yuǎn)程通信等功能,使得接觸器更加智能化。對比顯示,第三代節(jié)電控制的吸持功耗遠(yuǎn)小于傳統(tǒng)型產(chǎn)品,減小約4倍~6倍。同時輸入電壓可做到交直流寬壓,可大幅度減小線圈的型號,傳統(tǒng)型接觸器的每一個輸入額定電壓都需要特定的線圈,線圈型號多達(dá)實十幾個,而第三代節(jié)電型接觸器只需四個型號就能覆蓋全電壓范圍,物料的管理成本大幅度降低。總體而言,第三代接觸器更符合國家智能、環(huán)保的工業(yè)發(fā)展路線。
像ABB、施耐德這些國際企業(yè),在多年前已經(jīng)推出第三代系列化產(chǎn)品,但由于國內(nèi)在此方面技術(shù)應(yīng)用落后于國外,使得我國第三代接觸器只能依賴于進口,從而導(dǎo)致供貨周期長,且價格昂貴,約為傳統(tǒng)接觸器的3倍~5倍。盡管第三代接觸器有很多優(yōu)點,但目前國內(nèi)用戶仍大面積使用傳統(tǒng)接觸器。而傳統(tǒng)接觸器耗電量巨大,不久后勢必成為節(jié)能減排的重點“改造對象”。傳統(tǒng)接觸器價格比較低,一般1.5~2元/A。而控制電路板包括主功率電路、單片機及外圍電路、驅(qū)動電路、供電電路,有可能控制電路板的成本就占傳統(tǒng)接觸器價格的50%以上。
