實(shí)現(xiàn)開(kāi)關(guān)位置、故障信號(hào)遙信,電流、電壓和電度等的遙測(cè)功能,根據(jù)實(shí)際需要可以增加對(duì)設(shè)備交直流接觸器的遙控功能。控制系統(tǒng)上送變電所綜合自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的故障信息帶有時(shí)標(biāo),并具有與綜合自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行時(shí)鐘同步功能。
3.5自動(dòng)化數(shù)據(jù)采集、存儲(chǔ)功能
控制系統(tǒng)具有數(shù)據(jù)采集、存儲(chǔ)功能,以及顯示、控制界面,本地采集信息包括以下內(nèi)容:數(shù)據(jù)采集日期和時(shí)間、直流電網(wǎng)電壓、逆變器輸出側(cè)交流電壓、電流、回饋功率等。以上參數(shù)通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)處理后,保存在本地裝置中,也可實(shí)現(xiàn)USB等傳輸方式轉(zhuǎn)存。
控制系統(tǒng)對(duì)設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)信息進(jìn)行處理、顯示。設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)信息包含開(kāi)關(guān)狀態(tài)和系統(tǒng)故障信息。其中開(kāi)關(guān)狀態(tài)包括交、直流開(kāi)關(guān)柜、逆變柜內(nèi)的開(kāi)關(guān)狀態(tài),系統(tǒng)故障信息包括交、直流電網(wǎng)電壓異常、功率模塊異常、變壓器異常等。
3.6保護(hù)功能
裝置內(nèi)部設(shè)置如下保護(hù):交流電網(wǎng)欠壓、過(guò)壓保護(hù),直流電網(wǎng)欠壓、過(guò)壓保護(hù),功率模塊過(guò)流保護(hù),功率模塊過(guò)熱保護(hù),隔離開(kāi)關(guān)(狀態(tài))保護(hù),散熱風(fēng)機(jī)故障保護(hù),變壓器過(guò)熱保護(hù)等保護(hù)。
4 改造后使用效果
為了降低地鐵運(yùn)營(yíng)成本,南京地鐵公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)經(jīng)過(guò)多方考察,與新風(fēng)光電子科技股份有限公司簽訂了在地鐵某線路上使用FDBL-JC-650/1500V型再生制動(dòng)能量吸收逆變裝置的協(xié)議。經(jīng)過(guò)雙方技術(shù)人員的緊密配合,制定了周密的改造方案。2015年1月8日,改造工程完成,逆變?cè)O(shè)備一次性投入運(yùn)行,至今運(yùn)行良好,取得了顯著的節(jié)能效果,達(dá)到了改造的預(yù)期目的。
該逆變裝置將再生制動(dòng)吸收的能量回饋到400V電網(wǎng),供給地鐵內(nèi)其他用電設(shè)備使用。該逆變裝置接入地鐵電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)框圖如圖5所示。

為了測(cè)試節(jié)能效果,南京地鐵公司加裝了電表計(jì)量,測(cè)試逆變裝置回饋的電量及效果。經(jīng)過(guò)近一年的測(cè)試,該裝置投運(yùn)后日均節(jié)電1000度左右,年節(jié)電約36.5萬(wàn)度,按照南京當(dāng)?shù)仉妰r(jià)0.8451元/度,年節(jié)省電費(fèi)約30.8萬(wàn)元,另外采用該設(shè)備節(jié)省了原來(lái)電阻制動(dòng)時(shí)隧道散熱所需的電量,這又節(jié)省了一筆可觀的開(kāi)支。folding and pasting.
