系統(tǒng)按照相應(yīng)的測(cè)試流程和選定測(cè)試參數(shù)進(jìn)行溫度控制和測(cè)試工作,如圖3所示。系統(tǒng)最大可以提供-45℃~200℃的溫度環(huán)境,全溫度范圍升溫時(shí)間小于23分鐘,降溫時(shí)間小于25分鐘。系統(tǒng)測(cè)試過程提供三種模式:指定溫度范圍內(nèi)階梯式升\降溫連續(xù)測(cè)量;多個(gè)指定溫度點(diǎn)定時(shí)保溫循環(huán)測(cè)量;在升\降溫過程的指定溫度點(diǎn)的恒溫老化、室溫測(cè)量。環(huán)境控制精度可以達(dá)到±0.1℃。系統(tǒng)通過巡檢方式對(duì)各個(gè)老化板上對(duì)應(yīng)元器件進(jìn)行性能測(cè)試。

3軟件實(shí)現(xiàn) 測(cè)試系統(tǒng)軟件基于Lab VIEW進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā),主要采用狀態(tài)機(jī)并行處理結(jié)構(gòu),將事件響應(yīng)與數(shù)據(jù)流執(zhí)行方式有機(jī)結(jié)合,使整個(gè)系統(tǒng)具有較高的穩(wěn)定性、實(shí)時(shí)性和可靠性。 軟件在功能實(shí)現(xiàn)上采用模塊化的方式,特定的模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)特定的功能,主要組成模塊有測(cè)量驅(qū)動(dòng)模塊,控制模塊,外部操作驅(qū)動(dòng)模塊,硬件維護(hù)模塊,系統(tǒng)安全保護(hù)模塊,用戶登錄與權(quán)限管理模塊,參數(shù)配置模塊,數(shù)據(jù)分析與顯示模塊,數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)與輸出模塊等測(cè)量驅(qū)動(dòng)模塊主要控制儀器實(shí)現(xiàn)測(cè)量功能;溫度控制模塊采用閉環(huán)控制算法實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)溫控箱的溫度控制;外部操作驅(qū)動(dòng)模塊通過對(duì)數(shù)字 I/O 端口的監(jiān)控,完成各種動(dòng)作狀態(tài)的監(jiān)視,并通過報(bào)警驅(qū)動(dòng)功能,用報(bào)警燈對(duì)測(cè)試進(jìn)程及測(cè)試結(jié)果進(jìn)行直觀的指示;為了生產(chǎn)安全和質(zhì)量保障的需要,在軟件中設(shè)計(jì)了專門的用戶登錄與權(quán)限管理模塊,可以分配管理員與一般操作者兩種權(quán)限,一般操作者只具有操作權(quán)限;軟件通過參數(shù)配置模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)傳感器檢測(cè)參數(shù)的設(shè)定、存儲(chǔ)、加載和保存等功能;檢測(cè)過程中,數(shù)據(jù)分析與顯示模塊會(huì)對(duì)檢測(cè)參數(shù)、測(cè)試過程、測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)與波形、最終結(jié)果等進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)、直觀的顯示,同時(shí)利用數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)與輸出模塊將測(cè)試結(jié)果實(shí)時(shí)存儲(chǔ)在Excel文件中,并可通過數(shù)據(jù)回放功能對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行查看;
The use and configuration of DTU is troublesome. Generally, it only supports 485 communication. The protocols are basically modbus, and do not support the proprietary protocols of PLC of various brands. In addition, DTU basically belongs to transparent transmission. The upper computer system protocol is used to analyze the received data. There is no handshake protocol when sending data in the process of network transmission, and it is easy to lose data due to network interference. DTU generally needs to do the upper software personnel also need to understand the Modbus protocol, and the bottom hardware personnel also need to convert the PLC protocol into Modbus protocol. In the early DTU, network nodes need to be configured, and the use of DTU requires high requirements for technicians. There is also the transparent transmission protocol, which adopts the polling communication mode, so the transmission data cannot be too much, and the delay is relatively large. Generally, the transmission cycle needs about 10s.
The majority of DTU is GPRS communication. With the large-scale commercial use of 4g\5g, GPRS network has the risk of network withdrawal.
