系統按照相應的測試流程和選定測試參數進行溫度控制和測試工作，如圖3所示。系統最大可以提供-45℃～200℃的溫度環境，全溫度范圍升溫時間小于23分鐘，降溫時間小于25分鐘。系統測試過程提供三種模式：指定溫度范圍內階梯式升\降溫連續測量；多個指定溫度點定時保溫循環測量；在升\降溫過程的指定溫度點的恒溫老化、室溫測量。環境控制精度可以達到±0.1℃。系統通過巡檢方式對各個老化板上對應元器件進行性能測試。

3軟件實現 測試系統軟件基于Lab VIEW進行設計開發，主要采用狀態機并行處理結構，將事件響應與數據流執行方式有機結合，使整個系統具有較高的穩定性、實時性和可靠性。 軟件在功能實現上采用模塊化的方式，特定的模塊實現特定的功能，主要組成模塊有測量驅動模塊，控制模塊，外部操作驅動模塊，硬件維護模塊，系統安全保護模塊，用戶登錄與權限管理模塊，參數配置模塊，數據分析與顯示模塊，數據存儲與輸出模塊等測量驅動模塊主要控制儀器實現測量功能；溫度控制模塊采用閉環控制算法實現對溫控箱的溫度控制；外部操作驅動模塊通過對數字 I/O 端口的監控，完成各種動作狀態的監視，并通過報警驅動功能，用報警燈對測試進程及測試結果進行直觀的指示；為了生產安全和質量保障的需要，在軟件中設計了專門的用戶登錄與權限管理模塊，可以分配管理員與一般操作者兩種權限，一般操作者只具有操作權限；軟件通過參數配置模塊實現傳感器檢測參數的設定、存儲、加載和保存等功能；檢測過程中，數據分析與顯示模塊會對檢測參數、測試過程、測量數據與波形、最終結果等進行動態、直觀的顯示，同時利用數據存儲與輸出模塊將測試結果實時存儲在Excel文件中，并可通過數據回放功能對數據進行查看；
The use and configuration of DTU is troublesome. Generally, it only supports 485 communication. The protocols are basically modbus, and do not support the proprietary protocols of PLC of various brands. In addition, DTU basically belongs to transparent transmission. The majority of DTU is GPRS communication. With the large-scale commercial use of 4g\5g, GPRS network has the risk of network withdrawal.
