系統按照相應的測試流程和選定測試參數進行溫度控制和測試工作,如圖3所示。系統最大可以提供-45℃~200℃的溫度環境,全溫度范圍升溫時間小于23分鐘,降溫時間小于25分鐘。系統測試過程提供三種模式:指定溫度范圍內階梯式升\降溫連續測量;多個指定溫度點定時保溫循環測量;在升\降溫過程的指定溫度點的恒溫老化、室溫測量。環境控制精度可以達到±0.1℃。系統通過巡檢方式對各個老化板上對應元器件進行性能測試。

3軟件實現 測試系統軟件基于Lab VIEW進行設計開發,主要采用狀態機并行處理結構,將事件響應與數據流執行方式有機結合,使整個系統具有較高的穩定性、實時性和可靠性。 軟件在功能實現上采用模塊化的方式,特定的模塊實現特定的功能,主要組成模塊有測量驅動模塊,控制模塊,外部操作驅動模塊,硬件維護模塊,系統安全保護模塊,用戶登錄與權限管理模塊,參數配置模塊,數據分析與顯示模塊,數據存儲與輸出模塊等測量驅動模塊主要控制儀器實現測量功能;溫度控制模塊采用閉環控制算法實現對溫控箱的溫度控制;外部操作驅動模塊通過對數字 I/O 端口的監控,完成各種動作狀態的監視,并通過報警驅動功能,用報警燈對測試進程及測試結果進行直觀的指示;為了生產安全和質量保障的需要,在軟件中設計了專門的用戶登錄與權限管理模塊,可以分配管理員與一般操作者兩種權限,一般操作者只具有操作權限;軟件通過參數配置模塊實現傳感器檢測參數的設定、存儲、加載和保存等功能;檢測過程中,數據分析與顯示模塊會對檢測參數、測試過程、測量數據與波形、最終結果等進行動態、直觀的顯示,同時利用數據存儲與輸出模塊將測試結果實時存儲在Excel文件中,并可通過數據回放功能對數據進行查看;
The use and configuration of DTU is troublesome. Generally, it only supports 485 communication.
