在整流過程中輸入的諧波和功率因數(shù)均可以控制。由于單元采用PWM整流，可以再生制動，四象限運(yùn)行。可以提供額定容量80%的回饋能力，減速時可以將電機(jī)和負(fù)載的動能變成電能反饋回電網(wǎng)，無需制動電阻，就可以實(shí)現(xiàn)快速的減速和制動。MVe2變頻器輸入采用單相PWM整流、諧波極小，這樣使得輸入變壓器二次側(cè)繞組不需要移相，結(jié)構(gòu)變得簡單；同時采用三電平IGBT串聯(lián)輸出，提高了單元耐壓等級、減少了單元數(shù)量使得輸入變壓器二次側(cè)繞組數(shù)量大大減少、工藝更簡單可靠。

整流：IGBT、逆變：IGBT為三菱原裝產(chǎn)品，中間直流回路電容：可自愈式金屬薄膜電容，使用壽命長。
（5）變頻裝置保護(hù)配置：一次風(fēng)機(jī)原10kV電源開關(guān)保護(hù)配置不變，作為旁路運(yùn)行方式的保護(hù)。在變頻器上口開關(guān)柜配置CSC241C、保護(hù)裝置中設(shè)置第二套定值作為變頻方式運(yùn)行的變壓器主保護(hù)。變頻裝置本體保護(hù)和電機(jī)的各種保護(hù)由變頻裝置自身保護(hù)功能實(shí)現(xiàn)。
2.6 緊急停機(jī)：變頻裝置自身帶有緊急停機(jī)按鈕。另外在電動機(jī)事故按鈕增加一對常開接點(diǎn)，接至變頻裝置用來在電動機(jī)故障時就地同時切除變頻裝置運(yùn)行。
4 控制及邏輯說明
（1）變頻運(yùn)行方式
正常運(yùn)行期間兩臺一次風(fēng)機(jī)變頻自動運(yùn)行，動葉手動放置在60～80%開度，通過變頻器自動調(diào)節(jié)風(fēng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速，調(diào)整一次風(fēng)壓；
（2）工頻運(yùn)行方式
兩臺風(fēng)機(jī)均工頻運(yùn)行期間，保持原邏輯不變，通過調(diào)整風(fēng)機(jī)動葉自動調(diào)節(jié)一次風(fēng)壓；
（3）一臺變頻一臺工頻運(yùn)行
1）變頻器投入自動調(diào)節(jié)一次風(fēng)壓，工頻運(yùn)行風(fēng)機(jī)手動調(diào)節(jié)動葉開度，調(diào)整兩臺風(fēng)機(jī)出力平衡；
2）工頻運(yùn)行風(fēng)機(jī)動葉投入自動調(diào)節(jié)一次風(fēng)壓，變頻運(yùn)行風(fēng)機(jī)手動調(diào)節(jié)轉(zhuǎn)速，調(diào)整兩臺風(fēng)機(jī)出力平衡；
