在整流過程中輸入的諧波和功率因數均可以控制。由于單元采用PWM整流,可以再生制動,四象限運行。可以提供額定容量80%的回饋能力,減速時可以將電機和負載的動能變成電能反饋回電網,無需制動電阻,就可以實現快速的減速和制動。MVe2變頻器輸入采用單相PWM整流、諧波極小,這樣使得輸入變壓器二次側繞組不需要移相,結構變得簡單;同時采用三電平IGBT串聯輸出,提高了單元耐壓等級、減少了單元數量使得輸入變壓器二次側繞組數量大大減少、工藝更簡單可靠。

整流:IGBT、逆變:IGBT為三菱原裝產品,中間直流回路電容:可自愈式金屬薄膜電容,使用壽命長。

兩臺風機均工頻運行期間,保持原邏輯不變,通過調整風機動葉自動調節一次風壓;
(3)一臺變頻一臺工頻運行
1)變頻器投入自動調節一次風壓,工頻運行風機手動調節動葉開度,調整兩臺風機出力平衡;
2)工頻運行風機動葉投入自動調節一次風壓,變頻運行風機手動調節轉速,調整兩臺風機出力平衡;
