HONEYWELL 51405043-175模塊控制系統(tǒng)操作簡(jiǎn)單,完全滿足工藝要求。用到了一個(gè)高速計(jì)數(shù)器,計(jì)算準(zhǔn)確精度高,成本極低。程序運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,可靠。可調(diào)長度輪轉(zhuǎn)印標(biāo)機(jī)工作非常好。該機(jī)開發(fā)成功使廠家認(rèn)為凱迪恩國產(chǎn)品牌PLC的性能品質(zhì)完全可以信賴。而廣大用戶的信賴將進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)中國自己PLC的發(fā)展。PLC作為一個(gè)新興的工業(yè)控制器,以其體積小,功能齊全,價(jià)格低廉,可靠性高等方面具有獨(dú)特的優(yōu)點(diǎn),在各個(gè)領(lǐng)域獲得了廣泛應(yīng)用。作為國內(nèi)最大的印刷機(jī)生產(chǎn)廠家---北人集團(tuán)公司,為了使產(chǎn)品性能穩(wěn)定,易于維護(hù),我們采用了以PLC為主控器的控制方案。由于雙色印刷機(jī)要求易于操作,精度高,故其輸入,輸出點(diǎn)較多,因此采用了雙機(jī)通訊。上位機(jī)采用三菱FX2N-80MR 32EX 4D/A,主要負(fù)責(zé)主傳動(dòng)的控制,各機(jī)組離合壓的控制,以及氣泵,氣閥的控制等。下位機(jī)采用三菱FX2N-64MR 4A/D,主要負(fù)責(zé)水輥電機(jī)的控制,主傳動(dòng)的調(diào)速輸出,調(diào)版電機(jī)數(shù)據(jù)采集等。同時(shí)選用了一臺(tái)三菱5.7寸觸摸屏,主要負(fù)責(zé)水輥電機(jī)速度顯示,調(diào)版顯示,以及整機(jī)故障顯示等。上位機(jī)與下位機(jī)采用了RS485通訊,通訊方便,可靠。對(duì)多色機(jī)而言,安全因素很重要。在設(shè)計(jì)中,每個(gè)機(jī)組既要考慮到安全控制,其中包括本位機(jī)組的急停,安全按鈕;還要考慮方便操作,包括每個(gè)機(jī)組均應(yīng)有正點(diǎn),反點(diǎn)按鈕。因此,一方面輸入點(diǎn)增加很多;另一方面,走線也很不方便。采用雙機(jī)通訊,可以很好地解決此問題,各機(jī)組的走線可以按照就近原則,進(jìn)入離它較近的控制柜內(nèi),既節(jié)省了走線,也方便了控制。
由于印刷機(jī)是一個(gè)精度較高的機(jī)械,印刷品的好壞一方面在于機(jī)械加工以及安裝的精度,另一方面,也取決于水路,墨路的平衡以及合壓的準(zhǔn)確性。雙色機(jī)的每一色組,都有水路和墨路裝置。為了便于水輥速度的調(diào)節(jié),每根水輥都用一個(gè)變頻器控制

The AP WiFi module is mainly aimed at the direct upgrade of products with network interface. There is no need to change the original overall design.
