6、系統亮點
該系統所采用的三相交流電及漏電監測模塊UN 231-0BH22-0XA0是一大亮點,該模塊通過交流互感器能夠實現對交流電信息的采集,配合CPU的運算和控制,可以實現過壓、欠壓、過載、短路、漏電、三相不平衡保護等功能;能夠對電網絕緣電阻進行監測;具有零序電壓和零序電流采集功能。該產品是UN200PLC的一個擴展模塊系統中主要的控制核心為我公司已經取得煤安防爆資格的煤礦用帶式輸送機保護控制箱,12條皮帶每臺皮帶用1臺控制箱控制,共12臺控制箱,每個控制箱均能實現急停保護、超溫保護、欠速打滑保護、煙霧保護、跑偏保護、堆煤保護、張緊力保護功能,可實現就地操作以及遠程控制。同時整條皮帶運輸線可實現逆煤流啟動,順煤流停止功能,當去煤方向的皮帶出現保護停機時可實現來煤方向的所有皮帶閉鎖停機,有效防止了堆煤現象發生,提高了生產效率。本項目中為了實現12個控制箱的S7-1200CPU的閉鎖通信及數據交換,還選用了1臺S7-300系列的CPU 315-2PN/DP作為數據服務器,通過井下環形以太網與12臺S7-1200組成控制網絡;S7-300的PUT/GET指令為S7通信,組態為主動連接,通信指令將每臺S7-1200 CPU的數據進行處理分配
