新風(fēng)光通過對逆變器多電平電路拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)、電壓型逆變器的電流源控制技術(shù)、單元并聯(lián)技術(shù)、并網(wǎng)技術(shù)等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行攻關(guān),實現(xiàn)了突破。在國內(nèi)首創(chuàng)并成功運行在軌道交通行業(yè),填補了國內(nèi)空白。通過該項目關(guān)鍵技術(shù)開發(fā)與應(yīng)用,滿足了城市軌道交通行業(yè)低碳綠色環(huán)保節(jié)能的需求,推動國產(chǎn)軌道交通裝備的提質(zhì)增效。
3 新風(fēng)光FDBL-JC-650/1500V型再生制動能量吸收逆變裝置介紹
該逆變裝置具有動態(tài)響應(yīng)快,并網(wǎng)電流諧波小,回饋能量效率高,可靠性高。產(chǎn)品經(jīng)鐵道部質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗中心檢驗,各項技術(shù)指標(biāo)均達(dá)到設(shè)計要求。該設(shè)備被列入科技部2014年度國家火炬計劃項目,山東省重點領(lǐng)域首臺套裝備名單。
3.1新風(fēng)光FDBL-JC-650/1500V型再生制動能量吸收逆變裝置主要技術(shù)參數(shù)
新風(fēng)光FDBL-JC-650/1500V型再生制動能量吸收逆變裝置主要技術(shù)參數(shù)如下:

3.2主要工作原理
逆變器部分采用多單元并聯(lián)方式,stacking, AC servo controller and AC servo motor control gantry lifting, accurate and stable, so as to ensure the stacking effect;

The full set of CANopen bus control of u system solves the disadvantages of many wiring caused by pulse control, inaccurate positioning accuracy caused by pulse loss and poor anti-interference ability. At the same time, it also has high cost performance;

Its CPU frequency is as high as 800m, and the program execution accuracy is 1ms. It can still maintain the stability of the system on the 130m production line;
