新風光通過對逆變器多電平電路拓撲結構技術、電壓型逆變器的電流源控制技術、單元并聯(lián)技術、并網(wǎng)技術等關鍵技術進行攻關，實現(xiàn)了突破。在國內首創(chuàng)并成功運行在軌道交通行業(yè)，填補了國內空白。通過該項目關鍵技術開發(fā)與應用，滿足了城市軌道交通行業(yè)低碳綠色環(huán)保節(jié)能的需求，推動國產軌道交通裝備的提質增效。
3 新風光FDBL-JC-650/1500V型再生制動能量吸收逆變裝置介紹
該逆變裝置具有動態(tài)響應快，并網(wǎng)電流諧波小，回饋能量效率高，可靠性高。產品經鐵道部質量監(jiān)督檢驗中心檢驗，各項技術指標均達到設計要求。該設備被列入科技部2014年度國家火炬計劃項目，山東省重點領域首臺套裝備名單。
3.1新風光FDBL-JC-650/1500V型再生制動能量吸收逆變裝置主要技術參數(shù)
新風光FDBL-JC-650/1500V型再生制動能量吸收逆變裝置主要技術參數(shù)如下：

3.2主要工作原理
逆變器部分采用多單元并聯(lián)方式，stacking, AC servo controller and AC servo motor control gantry lifting, accurate and stable, so as to ensure the stacking effect;

The full set of CANopen bus control of u system solves the disadvantages of many wiring caused by pulse control, inaccurate positioning accuracy caused by pulse loss and poor anti-interference ability. At the same time, it also has high cost performance;
U the system is controlled by F1 series bus PLC of Buke electric, with a high degree of automation. The software adopts CoDeSys software of German 3S company, the mainstream software in Europe. Its CPU frequency is as high as 800m, and the program execution accuracy is 1ms. It can still maintain the stability of the system on the 130m production line;
