四氟片可以起到隔離作用,使大部分油從回油槽回到箱體內;少量的油從四氟片通過后,前端密封圈(剖分式油封)負責將油封住, 不讓其溢出;集油槽將第一道油封滲出的油集中,從外部的回油管道排回箱體;如有少量的油滲出,第二道密封(剖分式油封)即可完全將油密封在密封腔內。
法蘭及油封均為剖分式,安裝比較方便,后續維修不需拆裝減速機;本次利用輥壓機檢修,將原裝密封及法蘭拆除,清理安裝部位的油污,四氟片先裝置最里側,然后將 DSF-E 型剖分式油封套在軸上,粘接剖分兩端,使其成整圓,在剖分式法蘭的內側端面均勻涂抹密封膠(因法蘭為剖分式,
DI3201卡件需要使用高質量的密封膠,避免法蘭連接處及貼合處滲油),再將法蘭套在油封外圓,用聯接螺栓鎖緊成整圓,將法蘭和油封一起推至與設備端面貼合,用螺栓固定,聯接回油管與油站或箱接通,使之起到回油作用。非接觸式的設計,確保對設備無磨損,同時產品本身也無磨損,多通道梳齒迷宮密封結構,確保密封不漏,完全超越傳統密封性能。
3、結語
通過對輥壓機減速機輸出端密封方案和技術的不斷摸索、改造,最終實施了雙密封及回油裝置技術,每臺減速機一次性投入不到3萬元,改造后密封性能好,大大減少檢修工人的勞動強度、崗位衛生清理的難度及潤滑油的消耗,提高了設備的可靠性,降低了維修成本,最關鍵的是解決了長期滲漏油的問題,提升現場整體環境。1.油脂有雜質;
