1 高電壓試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)處理的傳統(tǒng)模式
高電壓試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)處理的傳統(tǒng)模式為試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)采集、試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)處理和試驗(yàn)報(bào)告審批;其全過(guò)程均為紙質(zhì)文擋和手工作業(yè);高電壓試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)處理的傳統(tǒng)模式流程如圖1。

2 基于工業(yè)交換機(jī)的高電壓試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)處理平臺(tái)硬件配置
基于工業(yè)交換機(jī)的高電壓試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)處理平臺(tái)硬件配置如圖2:工業(yè)交換機(jī)由poe供電交換機(jī)、ES2208以太網(wǎng)交換機(jī)和無(wú)線(xiàn)Modem(貓)組成;ES2208以太網(wǎng)交換機(jī)網(wǎng)聯(lián)采集卡、示波器、PC機(jī)、攝象頭等完成試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的采集,并網(wǎng)聯(lián)到人機(jī)互動(dòng)。人機(jī)互動(dòng)組建小型無(wú)線(xiàn)網(wǎng),人機(jī)互動(dòng)1-3分別完成試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)處理并出具試驗(yàn)報(bào)告;將電子文檔報(bào)告網(wǎng)上傳到試驗(yàn)辦公室,進(jìn)行校準(zhǔn)、審核和批準(zhǔn)。
poe供電交換機(jī)是一個(gè)典型的以太網(wǎng)供電系統(tǒng)。在配線(xiàn)柜里保留以太網(wǎng)交換機(jī)設(shè)備,用一個(gè)帶電源供電集線(xiàn)器(Midspan HUB)給局域網(wǎng)的雙絞線(xiàn)提供電源。在雙絞線(xiàn)的末端,該電源用來(lái)驅(qū)動(dòng)電話(huà)、有線(xiàn)接入點(diǎn)、相機(jī)和其他設(shè)備。為避免斷電,可以選用一個(gè)UPS。
ES2208是一款采用REALTEK RTL8370N 芯片的8口10/100/1000Mbps 非管理型以太網(wǎng)交換機(jī)。此產(chǎn)品提供8個(gè)10/100/1000Mbps 自適應(yīng)端口,高集成度設(shè)計(jì),小巧、輕便,操作簡(jiǎn)單,適用于中小型辦公和家庭網(wǎng)絡(luò)。采用存儲(chǔ)轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)技術(shù),結(jié)合動(dòng)態(tài)內(nèi)存分配,確保有效的分配到每一個(gè)端口。流量 控制保證節(jié)點(diǎn)在傳送和接收時(shí),盡可能的避免數(shù)據(jù)包丟失。兼容10Base-T ,100Base-TX,1000Base-T 三種網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境,端口速度10/100/1000Mbps 自動(dòng)匹配,豐富的QoS策略滿(mǎn)足不同用戶(hù)的需求,支持look-back detection/prevention,LED燈動(dòng)態(tài)顯示電源、網(wǎng)路通斷情況。
