1、 存放
DCS系統(tǒng)、備用模件存放應(yīng)滿足的要求為：各種模件必須用防靜電袋包裝后存放或根據(jù)制造廠的要求存放，模件存貯室的溫度、濕度也應(yīng)滿足制造廠的要求；存取模件時(shí)應(yīng)采取防靜電措施，禁止任何時(shí)候用手觸摸電路板，并且進(jìn)行登記，辦理進(jìn)、出庫手續(xù)。
2、 定期檢查
每半年對(duì)保存的各種少量常用DCS備件進(jìn)行檢查，當(dāng)然不同公司制定的周期不一樣，視實(shí)際情況而定，檢查內(nèi)容如下：
表面清潔、印刷板插件無油漬，印刷板插件無油漬，輕微敲擊后無異常；
裝入測(cè)試軟件，正常工作不少于48h以上；
冗余模件的切換試驗(yàn)；
軟件裝卸試驗(yàn)正常，通信口、手操站工作正常；
各種模擬量、開關(guān)量輸入、輸出通道工作正常；
檢查后應(yīng)填寫檢查記錄，并粘上合格標(biāo)志。
