乙烯裂解有3個(gè)關(guān)鍵變量，分別是停留時(shí)間、烴分壓、反應(yīng)溫度，這些變量在工業(yè)裂解爐上對(duì)應(yīng)4個(gè)主要操作參數(shù)：原料進(jìn)料流量、稀釋蒸汽流量、爐管出口壓力、爐管出口溫度（COT）。烴類原料裂解生成乙烯和丙烯的反應(yīng)平衡，主要取決于反應(yīng)的溫度和時(shí)間，尤其取決于最高的反應(yīng)溫度或COT。
