制漿造紙行業(yè)工藝規(guī)程復(fù)雜、多樣,對系統(tǒng)和設(shè)備都有著較高的要求,尤其對系統(tǒng)來說,其可靠的穩(wěn)定性和較高的靈活性是保證生產(chǎn)工藝順利進行的前提,在森博一期30萬噸項目中,我們采用了HONEYWELL TPS開放型分布過程控制系統(tǒng),其完善的診斷,組態(tài)工具,模塊化的軟硬件結(jié)構(gòu),完全滿足了系統(tǒng)的連續(xù)性和穩(wěn)定性要求。在二期擴建的100萬噸漿項目中,我們再次采用HONEYWELL 新一代控制系統(tǒng)PKS ,到目前為止,我公司的木片輸送,給水及污水處理已進行了應(yīng)用和實踐,下面將逐一介紹新一代控制系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)、布局和控制方案。
1. EPKS硬件組成及結(jié)構(gòu)
EXPERION PKS 過程控制系統(tǒng)是HONEYWELL最新一代過程自動化系統(tǒng),它的功能高于一般的集成控制系統(tǒng),其中嵌入式?jīng)Q策支持和診斷技術(shù),為決策者提供了所需信息,其安全組件使安全環(huán)境獨立于主控系統(tǒng),也提高了系統(tǒng)整體的安全穩(wěn)定性。

在每套PKS系統(tǒng)中,服務(wù)器都可以選擇冗余配置,有效存儲數(shù)據(jù)庫信息,基于操作站有多種類型可以選擇,最多可以連接40個FLEX,10個CONSOLE,3個CONSOLE EXTENSION,而FTE容錯以太網(wǎng)提供了HONEYWELL的四路冗余通訊專利技術(shù),可通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊接口卡與C300,操作站,服務(wù)器,第三方設(shè)備及其它PC連接,避免了因單點故障而引起的系統(tǒng)癱瘓,大大提高了系統(tǒng)性能。
1.1 部分硬件結(jié)構(gòu)及功能

專業(yè)性維護提升維護質(zhì)量,延長了系統(tǒng)壽命,提高了用戶的設(shè)備投資回報率
備件服務(wù)減少庫存成本和提高維修效率
專業(yè)貼身服務(wù)能夠更實時地響應(yīng)需求,減少停車風險
這種緊密服務(wù)通常會采取雙方人員協(xié)同合作的方式,有利于提高上海石化自身人員的維修水平和操作能力
也是比較重要的一點還在于這一規(guī)范的合同方式大大減少了上海石化維修投資的不可預(yù)測性,簡化了服務(wù)過程中的手續(xù),體現(xiàn)了預(yù)算透明和效率優(yōu)先的優(yōu)勢
